HI DEAR ALL ENTHUSIASMS, I HEARD THERE IS ANOTHER CONDOMINIUM PROJECT LAUNCHING AT THE HILL-TOP BESIDE VILLAMAS APARTMENT...ITS CONSIDERED A HIGH CLASS PROJECT WITH ALOT MORE OF GREEN AND FACILITY AREAS, E.G. BIG SWIMMING POOL, GYMNASIUM, JACUZZI, ETC...AND THEIR THEME IS MORE OR LESS TROPICAL STYLE OF DEVELOPMENT...MAYBE WORTH A LOOK AS WELL...JUST MY ONE CENT OPINION.

Oic... I did when up to Villamas 2 weeks back and notice some construction going on.. and also notice Koi Kinrara is still under construction behind. Do you have any idea what is the name of the project? I am also KPC who like to look around

DEAR EUGENE, I HEARD THAT THE PROJECT GONNA BE LAUNCHED SOME WHERE MARCH - APRIL 2009... I NOTICED THAT THE SHOW HOUSE IS NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION. MAYBE YOU COULD CALL THE DEVELOPER TO ENQUIRE

Hi Eugene, I just checked with my friend. The developer name is Villamas Sdn Bhd... As for the contact number, i am not quite sure...Maybe you could checked it out.

OIc.. As far as I know, Villamas is still constructing Villa Park in Bukit Serdang behind TPM, with full condo facility (Pool, jacuzzi, gym, futsal court, tennis court etc etc). No problem, I will check it out..

Yea.. I am the one request them to write a review on it.. but rather disappointed that its an overview rather than a thorough review about the project. Miss out a lot of unique feature about the project..

Any idea that the road from Kondo Rakyat and Paragon Heights to BK 9 will be sealed in the future?? it will be good for BK9 resident as it will reduce traffic flow at the entrance. But will felt sorry for Kondo Rakyat and Paragon Heights residents

Hi All - Has anyone been adviced on price change(increase) for Zest from developer?
I heard developer may increase the price from the original listed price. Any comments.

It is interesting that the developer have used a photo taken with a hot air balloon to show the possible KL view for their apartment units. I wonder if any of the prospective purchasers check with the developer on the cemetery & crematorium proposed by DBKL.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the KL view will eventually look like this if the cemetery & crematorium is allowed to be built: -

Went to their sales office last 2 weeks, their sales people this time told me that there will be a LRT station opposite the petrol station (Somewhere near Hap Seng Star) which I doubt it because there isn't any vacant land if I'm not mistaken...furthermore further down, opposite Giant there shall be the actual LRT station located. This is funny...another sales gimmick?

According to them the block nearer to Kinrara Golf Club is reserved for Korean buyer and the middle block will be launched somewhere in May...

      You are not telling bad news. You are doing the duty of being a good citizen and one who is telling
       the truth to others. You are not like some property agents who fool potential purchasers of nearby
       properties.Your photo has clearly indicated that the Cemetery site is just a stone throw away from
       BK9.

       Cemetery+Crematorium issues have been brought to the attention of DBKL & YBs but DBKL has
       been keeping silence. If the said project is to be carried out then it will be more feasible to practise
       multi-tiers concept as argued by DBKL.

       The land of the site might worth 100+ millions ringgit and definitely an opportunity for peoples like
       you and many of us to fight for proposing to the authority to utilise it for some other projects. A better
       proposed approach is to follow what seem to be a contradicting information as indicated in the Draft
       KL City Plan 2020 an international zone for catering the increase of foreign ICT and accomodation for
       foreigners.

any idea wat happen to the piece of land vacant for crematerium purpose? I really dun hope bandar kinrara becomes akk  bandar next to crematerium

any chance it will convert to a commercial land since nowdays land in strategic location is scarce and precious?
