Till now, they cannot 100% confirm on the
a. new LRT station
b. Ramp

I believe ramp is a MUST for the CF requirement of Zest. But to my understanding, there is no "exact" schedule for the ramp.....I wonder....

today went to carrefour shopping at sri petaling,saw he zest counter sales counter,check with the sales person,1 block sold to korea company, the other 2 bolock sold almost 70%.......ask about the ramp,they told will be ready by 2012....
hope it's real!

planning to invest after studying the demand the past 3 - 4 months.

heard that tower c - 95% sold & tower b - 80% sold...not bad at all!!!

it has really gathered momentum & selling like hot cakes these few weeks.

was told that the koreans may be selling tower a above rm300k.

now i understand why they're increasing rm3k because of the good demand.

The agent of Zest called me..they are going to open up Tower A for sale... Wondering why they said sell to Korean? And each unit at Tower B & C increased by RM3K but Tower A unit increase by RM15K.... hmmm...fishy!

i was studying the launch of atmosphera condo vs. the zest vs. kinrara mas apartment vs. kinrara koi lately. do you realized that the zest is selling like hot cakes even without a showroom the only one tak ada show unit out of the 4)!!!

the zest is a superb investment!!! lrt is within walking distance.

within a vibrant township of bk 9 enclave. price of phase 9a3 (cahaya) intermediate before cf is already selling at rm445k (type c). upon cf, it can go up to rm465k or maybe rm470k.
