Ventured into Kissaten with a bunch of friends the other day... Japanese food menu and they serve Illy coffee... (i know, me and my Illy coffee)... they also serve Paulaner beer.

Found the prices to be reasonable as the food was good, and portions really filling.

Was my first time there, and thought the place had a good ambience. Can see the after office hour crowd... A bit noisy when it's full, so maybe have to go with a bunch friends... not when you want to pak thor 1 on 1.

It's facing the centre courtyard next to "The Pallete" signboard... the same row as the Loaf bakery...

Should have gone in the other night.  I ended up trying Loaf... very pricey for bread and buns.

Ate at Kissaten few times liao lor, not bad. As for Paulaner, maybe you want to try out at D Tree, next to Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa. Environment is pretty good for happy hour lepak-ing....
