I have been suffering Sinus problem since 1997 until 2003. I infested flu from an oversea trip (during winter) and the prolong flu developed into sinus.  I consulted many ENT specialists in various established and famous hospitals. The answers given were various, some said the Sinus can’t be cured but can only be cured using the Spray, but once your immune system is immune to the drug, the dosage has  to be increased until it won’t help anymore and the only solution is to go through an operation.
